I know that the requirment is a year in acute care in order to enter a CRNA program, but is there really any one who has only worked a year an been excepted into a program considering how competative these programs are.
If you have what was your gpa, and other things that were looked at.

The program is in the South. We take our anatomy class and physiology in the medical school. We take the same courses as the medical students, but we have to make at least a B. The med students just have to pass with a 70! It is brutal. I got 431/467 for a 92.3% on the 1st anatomy test and a 93 on the 1st physiology test. I was pleased with my results. It is brutal They tell us it is our rite of passage to the OR class. They are wearing us out! It is all about survival.
