Can I just say a HUGE "Thank you" to all of you who are able to juggle your usual duties and include the students who invade your work world.

You've taught me your routines and tricks, educated me in the right and wrong ways to do procedures. You've encouraged me to keep going when I thought I had made a great mistake in changing directions with my life.

Y'all make the difference in a successful clinical experience to us.

It's really great when students enjoy their placements with us. I well remember the cold looks and reluctant manner when I was a student, I vowed that when I was an RN I wouldn't do the same!!! Pretty pleased to say that most of the time I achieve that, in fact have students in our area who have told us how much they are enjoying it because we are all so friendly ad helpful. That gives all of us such a huge buzz! Keep up the friendly positive manner that always helps!!!
