Does anybody have any resources with example problems for calculating Vd, loading/maintenance doses, figuring our dosing based on bioavailability, CrCl and all of the other calculations we have to do as prescribers? I just had my first pharm test and myself along with my entire class are feeling pretty discouraged at the moment. The level of difficulty of this exam was very high and our instructor failed to provide us with adequate examples except for calculating CrCl, despite us asking.

Also, is there an easier way to remember the different substrates, inducers and inhibitors of the CYP 450 enzymes? Or is there no easy way and I just have to remember them?
