Hello!

My name is Alida and I am currently enrolled in the FNP program at Barry University. I am having lots of trouble obtaining a Pediatric NP preceptor in Miami, FL. I am willing to travel anywhere in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. My next semester starts on January 13, 2013 and I need a preceptor agreement before that date. If there is anyone that knows of any willing preceptors (peds MD or NP), I would greatly appreciate your help.

I know this is an old post, but I'm in the exact situation that you were in Alida. I am a FNP student at Barry searching for a pediatric preceptor (unsuccessfully) I have been to 10+ places and have had no luck. Since this post was a few years ago, maybe you yourself have a contact that might be able to help me? Thanks so much for any help, it is GREATLY appreciated.

I know this post is old but how was your overall experience at Barry. I recently applied for their FNP program. How was the interview process ? Any pointers ?
