Try to google careplan constructor sites...you put in your info & it creates the careplan. Good Luck!:wink2:

Thanks so much, i don't think i found the right site though. lots of careplan books but not constructor sites. Do you have the address? Thanks again, cljstudent

Ok I put a site up & it did not work. Go to the student nursing assistance forum. There is a sticky thread near the top all about careplans w/links in there. Hope this helps!
