Care plans hate me. Help! OB care plan diagnosis for different topics would be greatly appreciated. Need brain storming ASAP THANKS TO ANY WHO CAN HELP

Try to google careplan constructor sites...you put in your info & it creates the careplan. Good Luck!:wink2:

Ok I put a site up & it did not work. Go to the student nursing assistance forum. There is a sticky thread near the top all about careplans w/links in there. Hope this helps!
