Welcome to the site. I also recommend a community college LVN program if that is what you want to do. However, you should attempt to get into an RN program, preferably a BSN program, first. Save time, money, and aggravation by getting the BSN out of the way in the beginning of your career.

I am a mom who is wanting to finally get her nursing career going...again
However, I am trying to decide what school to attend. I have previously attended Saddleback College and have all but Microbiology completed. It has been about 6 years since I took Physiology so I would need to go back and retake that just to be up to date. I am also looking into Standbridge or Pacific College for their LVN programs. Does anyone who have gone either route have any comments about what I should do?
Thanks for all your help.
