Well I lived it several times with the last being very upseting since I had developed the antibodies and couldn't get the rhogam. Think about what it means to be RH-.....the risk isn't so much to the mom and as to the baby. In my last it was extrememly stessful because there was nothing I could do to help. I ended up with weekly appointments for the entire preganancy, weekly bloodwork, 14 sonograms and 3 amnios (tried to do a 4th and couldn't get a safe spot to insert the needle). So think stress, anxiety. Look at the risks for the baby if the Rhogam doesn't work. Hope it helps. By the way my youngest was taken 3.5 weeks early but she was perfect.

Hi all, this is my 1st time on this site. I am having a difficult time coming up with a nursing dx for an Rh negative pregnant mother. Have any of you came across this for school?
