Oh good topic! This whole field is new to me, I've always worked with horses and taught for the rest of my career. So there is nothing better for me than to go ride and do something familiar, that I know I'm good at, to recharge a bit. I don't get to ride as often as I used to but it is still enough to help.
Other than that, I fall too easily into food as well I should get out and walk my dogs more than I do or just get outside in the daylight. Working nights is playing havoc with my whole self and my immune system is shorting out. Key word there is should though, I don't always manage to do those things.
