i stopped at 75! help me im nervous..

i just took mine and dont know the result yet, but i was told by a friend who took the exam last september that she failed at 75 and passed at 265 (she took it twice), ,I stopped at 75 and also had a lot of priority questions, i can only remember 5 questions that i answered correctly,the rest are "hula", so Help me God...

I also took it and got a 75 this morning. when I was at no. 50, i took a voluntary bladder break, and at question no. 73, the computer askes me if i want to go for a break, so i did. then it stopped at 75. I'm soo scared right now. Does the quickcount include weekends coz 4 days of waiting seems too much agony for me. Please Help me God

I got my result, after 2 weeks, and i failed. I plan to take it again ASAP.I think weekend does not count.If you applied in california, then ull get result in 2-4 wks, someone told me that most who failed got their result in just 2 wks, while those who passed got theirs in 3-4 wks.. i dont know if its true, or just a coincidence that i got mine in 2 wks and failed.So God Bless u and i hope you pass ..

I am more nervous now about how many hours you used to take the exam.. coz i took my nclex-rn exam yesterday.. got only 75 Q.. same thing that im sure I didnt answered correctly the last Q.. the thing is i took 3 hrs for 75 questions! because its my 2nd time to take it when my computer shut off at 75 i feel so ok.. i smiled and took a deep breathe and prayed. Was thinking maybe the reason why I am not so devastated coz its my 2nd take and for sure.. if i failed again.. ill just re-take it. Im more worried in terms of job opportunity coz i really really want to work..

Hey hang in there! i took the NCLEX at the end of November in CA. Stopped at 75Q and was dead sure i failed. I thought i answered 2q right. I had to wait 2wks for the results... I PASSED!! so don't lose faith. U did it!

HI to all.. i feel for you fred coz i failed for the 2nd time.. i just knew the result today.. i dont know also where im going to start coz as far as i know i really did my best but still wasnt enough to passed the exam.. Im not going to stop to review and this time i might try to attend a review class.. I just used the Saunders Comprehensive Book.. Saunders Q&A.. and did 100 Q a day.. I studied since October:o . We need to pass this exam coz on April the passing rate will be more higher.. that makes me more worried coz i dont know if i would be able to pass nclex by april.. :scrying: Lets just hope and pray..

If you did 75 questions, that means the RN exam. They post results on their website, of the BRN...........three days at the earliest, ten days on average, to more than one month, provided that you have a SSN#. If you do not have one, then the wait is about 2 1/2 weeks if in CA for it to arrive by mail, your results only, not the license....

The change in passing is by a minute amount, several digits over after the deciaml point. Not one thing to worry about, it will not change anything for you.

As I didn't start the thread I wasn't sure if I should reply here or not, but there's something to be said for closure. I got my results two days after completing the exam, not two business days later (I took the exam on Thursday and was able to obtain my results on Saturday). I'd taken to compulsively checking because my nerves were shot. I was working on the floor near the end of my shift when I logged on and saw my results were available. I paid my monies and then barely managed to contain a whoop of joy on finding out I'd passed. Talk about *relief*, mein Gott. I went around getting congratulations from the fellow nurses (they were indeed my colleagues at that point) and floating on Cloud Nine. I was so glad I'd have a job through the holidays that the license was almost secondary. *Almost*, mind. :)

Sure, you can reply here. And that is what we always state, Pearson-Vue posts the results 48 hours later, it is done by computer and they do not sleep, nor take holidays off.

The issue is if the state participates in the Quick Results, only about 1/2 do.
