Hello, I am currently in my last semester of my LPN- RN degree at Suffolk. I just applied to Stony Brooks RN- BSN program to start this summer session. I was just wondering when I should hear anything from Stony Brook and if anyone else has gone this route too and what it was like. Thank You!

I plan to apply here in a couple of years, I was wondering what your GPA was when you applied.

I was just accepted into this program. Does anyone know how long the program is? It starts in May. Does it take one year to complete? Thanks!

They offer a 1 year route and 2 year route. They will tell you the 1 year route is very overwhelming and you will not work. Its classes Summer, fall, Winter, Spring. Due to NY being so BSN driven I do recommend the 1 year option if you have the time to sit and do school work. I am in the 2 year option and regret not doing the 1 year. I still am young and live at home so I could of done it. I am enjoying the program and have learned alot even with it being online. This May I will be done with my first year
