I'm assuming you havent gotten a response because there has been numerous threads on this very subject. In order to find them, all you have to do is use the search engine. CNA pay varies based on state, facility, and experience level; you won't get rich though unless you live off of ramen noodles and you find a roommate (LOL) Best wishes!

It looks like a tiring schedule.

It is tiring...but easier than working 7a -1130 pm Friday, Sat and Sunday.

Now, that's hell. That's 3 meals and 2 showers a day (minus sunday) to get through.

But, her shift is very doable. Good deal. I'm no fan of 'doubles' - but, I'd take it.

Think about it: At 7 pm, most of the residents will be in bed when she gets there. (depending on when they eat dinner).

No transfers or getups for 9-11 hours.

She'll have 1 round of showers to worry about and 1 meal to get through.

If she's LTC, that is.

When she gets into the groove of things and depending on how much work is required on her shift, she could get in a good amt of study time...

i rather work on 3rd shift, but anywhere pay can range from 7.00-10.00 ah hr depending on state and where you live, your cost of living

anywhere from 7 bucks an hr to 12 depending on location and experience
