Stethoscope, trainee ANP job

I’ve just applied for a trainee ANP post and been successful. I really need to get a stethoscope, I’ve previously been borrowing one from work to complete my clinical decision making course, I think it might of been the Littman master classic( different pressure for bell or diaphragm). I didn’t really like it and my mentor didn’t really rate it, I could always hear better with her stethoscope. What would be best to buy please?

Seriously? That's the biggest worry you have as you are about to start a trainee position as an ANP? ???

Don't sweat it, have a look at what other people are using and go by that. Good luck.

ETA; remember years back someone telling me they had used an electronic one and said it was great. I just used the one in the department that was lying in the drawer.

One worry at a time and as you pointed out it’s minor?. Just wait till I get started, I’m going to be a nervous wreck ??

Yep, you will find plenty of things to worry about over the next few months. Don't let it get to you. You are obviously capable or they would not have hired you. ?
