Sterling Medical Corp?

I am looking to take a job through Sterling Medical (out of Ohio). I was hoping someone might have some info on the company? Has anyone ever worked for them or know of someone who has?

I have a hard time trusting any entity that doesn't even list a phone number or address on their site, only email addresses. Second strike is that they are based in Cincinnati. Cincinnati based agencies have a poor track record in my opinion. That said, they are not a typical nurse agency, they seem to focus on allied, advanced practice, and physicians. Often those kind of agencies treat travelers (if that is what you are looking for) better.

I am in the application process for a contract job at a military base overseas. I have been wondering the same thing. I am going to send you a PM.

I attempted to send and PM, but I kept receiving an error message, sbain51. The application process has been frustrating. My emails have gone unanswered. It is very difficult to reach them via telephone due to the time difference (I live overseas). I assumed I was not selected for the job which is supposed to start in a few weeks and turned down a slot at the base daycare. Last week I received an email from the person in charge of background investigations. They were requesting signatures on the background investigation forms and a copy of my birth certificate. It would appear I am still being considered. Thankfully another slot has opened up at the daycare so I'll be good in the event I decide to accept the job.
