Hi! I haven't been on this site forever, but I thought I'd give ya'll an interesting topic. I'm an LPN at a VA where I live.
My husband is a combat vet (PTSD/TBI thank you Iraq.) On January 17th he received a stellate ganglion block for his PTSD symptoms, and so far, though its only been 11 days....it appears to be working.
Dr. Eugene Lipov in Hoffman estates in IL did it. I just thought that was pretty awesome that this procedure has shown some promise in PTSD world. I was getting fed up with the pills....

Is this technique still suceessful? My BF has PTSD and he is currently in a PTSD in house program to help him.. I'd like to run this idea by him if it is a successful intervention..
