took my test 7/3 around 12:15p been checking PV and still status is listed as Ready for Delivery....why is it taking soooo long?
Nope. No quick results and still ready for delivery. I am officially the only one who has to deal with this. I probably failed or something. They say it's an error and I will have my results within 48 hours. That's bull because I have already been waiting since Monday. But CONGRATS TO YOU!!!
I called and got really impatient and asked for a supervisor. I found out that the internet between my particular testing center and Pearson became disconnected. They are currently attempting to reestablish a connection so that's why I haven't gotten any results. Doesn't seem wildly unexpected either since I knew they had lost internet that day. So maybe there is hope after all. I still have to wait up to 48 hours. I am still so nervous. Did you feel like you got some "easy" ones wrong that you just over thought? Or that the SATA were difficult? I feel like I could have gotten all of them wrong. I never get SATA right. I always choose one too many or one too little.
I was a total ball of confusion when I walked out of Pearson Vue. Ever since the test I have been second guessing, looking up answers...went from sort of confident at one point to total feeling of being defeated!! Hang in there Lizzie, I am sorry that you still have to wait but hopefully they will get it connected faster then expected!! From the majority of posts you seem to have had the equivalent # and variety of questions that those have passed had. Hi Lizzie- I have been having the same issue since I took the exam on 7/3 in norwalk ct. I was supposed to take the exam at 8am that morning and the computers were not connected to the web so they could not access the files that they needed to exucute the exam to us. They finally got it resolved and I was able to take the exam at 10:15 and it took me 4 hours. My status is STILL - ready for delivery!! I called someone at pearson that was of no help whatsoever. So, I guess that I will be waiting for tomorrow for the quick results.
I took the exam in Norwalk too!!!!! I finally got through to a supervisor and, like I said in my previous post, their internet is apparently down. I have to wait an additional 48 hours for the results! That's why we're both having trouble... And Pearson Vue customer service is the worst!! They all say the same thing, and when you try to explain that this is clearly not normal, they insist you have to wait 2 FULL business days. I don't even think they listen to what you're saying.. I think they just read you a script. I have never been so frustrated with a lack of customer service. I got the information concerning the Norwalk testing center ONLY when I demanded a supervisor after so many futile attempts. Let's pray we get our results tomorrow. This is torture. They should compensate us for pain and suffering lol.
Hi,I also took the delayed 8 am exam at Norwalk along with 3 of my friends, we are all experiencing the same problem.. I tried calling Pearson Vue in Norwalk yesterday with no response whatsoever and when I contacted the main Pearson I spoke with a women who did not even understand English fully.. This has been an unfair and poorly handled experience.. I was told by the second person I spoke with that my results would not be ready until Saturday morning, (4 days past our exam) so I will continue to try and figure out when exactly we will be getting our results but this experience with Pearson vue has been awful!
I also called yesterday and spoke to someone that didn't speak english cleary and I'm sure was in another country alltogether, and was told that the results would take 24 hrs. I tried calling the norwalk testing center yesterday also with no luck. I will try again today. How many questions did you get before yours shut off?
Just spoke to someone (proctor) at pearson in norwalk ct and she said that the center was closed on 7/4 and 7/5, she just received the computer part that she needs to replace and hopefully they will be able to connect to the web and upload our tests. She said that she is hoping to get this done by 2pm today!
