Status of Filipino Nurse applicants in the UK after BREXIT

Hi everyone! Greetings! :) I would like to know what to expect regarding the effect of BREXIT to us (Filipino Nurses who still live in the Philippines and have current job application in the UK). Will the BREXIT has more advantage than disadvantage to hiring Filipino/ foreign health care workers like Nurses from the Philippines? Will it not complicate our job offer from the UK employer?
