New Hampshire Board of NursingLicensed Nursing Assistant Training/Testing Reimbursement by the Medicaid Program
If you are a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) you may be eligible for reimbursement of your training and testing costs. Listed below are the requirements that must be met in order for you to receive this reimbursement. The complete rules and forms may be obtained through your employing nursing facility or instructor.
You must have paid for the training/testing out of your own personal funds. Payments made by third parties (i.e.: when someone else pays for your training) are not eligible for reimbursement.
These receipts must have the training/testing facility's name and address imprinted on them. The receipts must show the date of transaction, what the receipt was for, the amount paid, and the method of payment. Credit card receipts are not acceptable. A receipt from your Program showing full payment has been received must be attached to your reimbursement application.
