Hi. I live in Indiana, but not far from Chicago. If I were to market to attorneys in ILL, would I then need an Ill license to "practice" in that state (or any other state) in a consulting type of position. Thank You

Hello, Nascar nurse,
I take it you are a legal nurse consultant. If so, the answer is 'no', you do not require a license to practice as a legal nurse consultant.
You will not be practicing nursing and therefore, will not require an RN license in any state where you will be practicing as an LNC except your state of residence. And, since there is no license yet developed to practice in the states as an LNC, this is not an issue.
