What is starting pay like for new CNA in Chicago and suburbs?

I searched online for more information, but every website came up with

different pay scales.

What would be the typical hourly wage for new CNA in those areas?

My first CNA job paid about 10/hr with no prior experience.

My first job was about 12.50 an hour but I usually made around 14 with differential working PMs.
