Hi all i am a student nurse about to qualify in August 2012. I am starting my management placement tomorrow I was hoping for abit of advice please. I am an extremely passive person and at times let ppl take the mic with me. Well all that is about to change as I am hoping that I can show abit of assertiveness on the ward. Any advice would be much appriciated.

Oh I would be happy to read any experiences you may have had on your management.
