I am starting my LPN in 24 more days and I was wondering what I should do to get ahead of the curve I am working and going to school full-time so I don't want to start fresh I want to know a few thing before I start or memorize things or know where to look before I start. Any suggestions on references that I should learn or turn to?

Thank You : )

Brush up on your Cna skills! The whole first week of lab we did check off with no practice so a lot of people were blindsided and had to repeat their check offs. Also, read a little to get a feel for your text book. Look over metric conversions. And enjoy your time off while you can! You will be super busy!

UPDATE: So I just wanted to update everyone and tell you that LPN school was a whirlwind adventure and got to do my clinicals predominately all over Mayo Clinic Rochester. I think that having the prerequisites for the program down were helpful otherwise my program basically prepared me for everything! They even taught us how to study and how to learn and take tests for boards. So far there is a 99% pass rate for boards and I have to take mine still going this Friday. Wish me luck.

Is there a significant difference between nationally accredited or regionaly accredited?
