starting home care in penslyvania

Hi I'm an lpn with almost 2 years of experience as a nurse in mainly long term care settings. Ive got 10 years experience in the healthcare field. I'm currently trying to start my own non medical home care agency. Eventually I intend to expand the business to include medical services as well. I'm having some difficulty filling out then application for licensure in my state . Its pretty confusing . I was wondering if anyone in Pa has started or went through the process could offer iany help or insight on the process. I also open to any suges of affordable consultants.
