Hello everyone,
Is anyone starting the LPN program on september 30, for jersey college? Can't seem to find anyone else on this site that is. Want to get other students thoughts about the process so far.

Hello Is this the same Jersey College in Ewing New Jersey? I would like to get some feed back about program as well. it use to be only a lpn program but they have expanded to lpn to rn program. Do you think 30K is too much just for a associate degree?

Hi slave2homecare,
I know it has been a while since you replied to this post but, I am very interested in starting the RN program at Jersey College in Ewing, NJ. I know a coworker that started this program and seems to be very content with the school so far. Honestly 30K is a significant amount but I believe going through life feeling unaccomplished without pursuing your dream of becoming an RN is a heavier price to pay. I live in Northeast Philadelphia, and was looking for someone to team up with. Are you still interested in this program? If so please let me know.
Hello yes im still interested. .I also spplied to nuemann university butni haven't heard anything back

slave2homecare,
I have been attending jersey college since August '13. It is a very challenging program, but the instructors are great and the spend a lot of time with us to make sure we begin thinking like RNs instead of LPNs. The NCLEX for the RN is much harder than the one for the LPN license and requires LPNs to change their way of thinking. They give a lot of work but have tutoring and support the students.
Hope that help.s

I will be starting the 12 month LPN at Jersey College in 2weeks. Then I will transition over to the RN program...the cost is making my stomach hurt! I hope I can afford after I'm finished with school....

the same thing happened to me have you considered seeking legal counsel? I think the school is just out for the tuition and all about numbers of "pass rate" they truly do not care how much time, effort, money we are in debt and have nothing to show for it.
