Well, all the waiting has finally paid off. I have been taking prereqs since 2008 on a part time basis and finally got accepted into the ADN Clinical portion to be an Rn in October. I am starting clinicals in 11 days. I have all my shots, uniforms, accessories, and now I'm really really nervous. On tuesday I have to buy my books and then it's on from there. Wish me luck people and I will let you all know how it goes. Good luck to all of you as well.

Congratulations on starting clinical. It will be exciting to say the least! I just graduated 3 weeks ago, seems like yesterday when I was where you are. Which campus will you be at? Good luck, and Happy New Year!
Residentmaid,
I am originally from the York Campus but i applied for the Lancaster Campus so that's where I'll be. I can not wait to say that i have graduated with a degree in nursing. Did you go to HACC? 6 days until my first class now and I'm getting really nervous. I just bought all my books and printed the teachers notes and it looks all to confusing to me right now. I'm getting really really nervous and excited all at the same time. I'm excited to see what these classes have in store for me though. Congrats on graduating!

I am starting at the Lancaster campus (on wed yikes) as well. I have my books but the syllabus was not available when I was at the book store last week so I guess I will just get it on Wed morning before class. I do have a question though, you say you printed the teachers notes. What are you talking about? How do I go about finding them to print? Thanks!
Some teachers post notes on the ERES for Hacc. They would have told you if you had to print the notes yourself and some may even have you buy the notes at the bookstore. I'm in the part time clinicals so I have a different teacher then you do. I'm excited to be starting Thursday evening. I wish you the best of luck and keep in touch so I we can let each other know if we are pulling our hair out yet. LOL!
Oh OK! I was a little worried for a minute there. :) Good luck!
