Hey everyone! I couldn't find a thread for Stanfords New Grad Residency that begins September 2014. Anyone heard anything? The X under my active status went away today? Is that a bad sign? Thanks in advance!

Hi Sara! I did see you in passing today. I was the one who asked you guys where you were all from and I wore black and red; dark hair, not super tall :)

How did interviews go? Everyone was extremely nice! The anticipation is already killing me!!

They just called me again and said another manager wants to also interview me on IICU! So I will have 3 interviews :nailbiting:

How are everyone's interviews going? I had my D3 interview on Monday and my North ICU interview today. Couldn't get a read on the N/ICU manager today although she said that there were a total of 7 people interviewing for 2 spots. I felt like my interview on the IICU was a better interview overall but I'm not sure how many they're hiring - anyone know? Good luck all!

I had all 3 of mine on Monday. I feel like they went well...it's hard to tell though because everyone is so great! The waiting game is already killing me!!

NewGradSF, I totally agree about the hard to read the N/ICU ladies. They were pretty stern faced. I felt like I couldn't connect with them at all! IICU was definitely much warmer and more relaxing. They interviewed 12 and are hiring 4. Who knows, everyone is so great! Can't believe I have even made it this far! Good luck!

I just got off the phone with Carol - she's making offers today and tomorrow. I got an offer for D3 - and could NOT be more excited!!! Woohoo!
