Wanted to create this so everyone applying for the August 2022 cohort for Stanford's New Grad RN residency program can stay up to date! :)

Was it by email or phone call and what time? I've had 3 cookies already and have been eyeing my phone

Based on the email from the original interview invite, I guess it's safe to say that I didn't get a second interview? (Just trying to find closure from this stress hahaha)

I received an invite for a second interview that will be held on Monday! So not the same week as my first interview. I know it’s hard to keep waiting but just wanted to let you know that there are still second interviews held next week. ?

It says that we’d be selected for a second interview by the first week. ? that hasn’t happened for me so I think that means we don’t get moved to the next round. Week 2 is for all the second interviews

Oh I see! I thought it meant final interviews the same week as the first interviews, I see now it means the call and not the interview itself. I’m sorry! ☹️.

I wish everyone all the best in the residency hiring process and I’m sure you all will be great new grads!

For those who have had unit interviews, did they ask to use different experiences from your panel interview? I remember one person saying they were asked to use different scenarios. Can anyone confirm that?

I was told that I could use the same scenarios bc I will be meeting different unit managers than the one I met at the panel interview with other candidates
