Wanted to create this so everyone applying for the August 2022 cohort for Stanford's New Grad RN residency program can stay up to date! :)
I had my interview for Surgical 1 on Tuesday and got a call later that evening! It's an individual interview, no group.
I feel like each unit probably has their own timeline in making decisions, so they could still be making decisions and giving calls out.
Best wishes to everyone! Even if this doesn't turn out the way we hope, I have faith everyone will find a job/place they are happy at. Nursing needs us ?

I was given 4 new behavioral questions and asked to use different examples from what I used from my first interview, 3 scenario questions, and 1 priority question. At the end I was able to ask questions I had related to their unit. My advice is to be yourself, trust your instincts and knowledge and let your personality shine.
Thank you so much!! I’m sure you did amazing! ?
