Hey guys! Just figured I would start the thread for Stanford's New Grad Program for Fall 2019, has anyone heard of when the application dates are or when the website will open for applications

No update for me either. However I got a chance to talk in person with a Stanford HR individual today. She currently is on the business side of HR, but has done recruiting before and knows K. She said one reason why they're taking long is because they are still conducting interviews this week apparently. Also, she said another reason could be that people who haven't heard back but got through 2nd interview are on the waitlist. The hiring process is based on a point system and you get ranked. Based on your points, you would get the position or not. If someone declines offer, your tank gets bumped up.

Like what @Nutella10 said, thanks for letting us know! I'm thinking that K sends out the offer letters all at once. We'll have to keep being patient in the meantime.

Interesting.. Thank you for sharing ? I wonder how long the people that received offers had to either accept or not

After we get the verbal offer, we have 48 hours to accept. After we get the formal offer letter, we have 72 hours to sign and send it back along with license/certs

@LunaRN & @Panda123 hopefully today is the day ??

Got rejection email too

Hello. I know the winter cohort apps open tomorrow. Anyone have suggestions or tips for external applicant?

@Panda123 @LunaRN @Nutella10 I hope this isn’t adding salt to the wound, but our new grad program coordinator said that this past round of interviews was difficult and that the managers asked to hire more people but weren’t able to. I think the decision ultimately went to who they thought would get along best together. Since the application re-opens tomorrow, you should definitely re-apply! Good luck!!

Thanks for the encouragement! I definitely will give it another shot. Hopefully there will be better luck(:
