Hello all!
Just wanted to make a thread for all the March 2016 Stanford New Grad RN Residency Program applicants. Applications went in Nov 2 - Nov 16. Please keep us posted on any news!!
May the odds be ever in your favor!

I was offered a position in IICU. Was wondering if we should start a facebook group for those starting in March 2016? Not sure how many people are following this board so it might not be useful. Let me know if anyone is interested and I'll create one.
Also, it was by far one of the toughest interviews. For those who didn't get a call, reapply! Now that you know the format and the style of questions, you'll be more prepared next time!
Hi, I got offered Float Pool ICU, but I will not be taking the position. They were not willing to wait for me to take my board exam on Feb 25th ( I just got my ATT last week, and I wanted a month to study). I didnt feel comfortable taking it with only two weeks to study. Plus, I didnt like the interview process..wasnt the unit that I would have liked. All in all, I wasnt feeling the vibe! They said that I could apply for June, but I'd rather take the position at UCLA. Good luck to everyone who go it! ITs gonna be a wild year!
No, I did not receive a rejection letter like they said they would do. I figured if I didn't get a call by Monday, I was out.
If people would kindly post their interview questions, I would greatly appreciate it!!!
I'm thinking of reapplying but blanked out while other questions were being. If I were to do that interview over, I would love to get a list of potential questions (and for all of you out there that get an interview in the future!).

Good luck to everyone finishing up interviews and hopefully getting a call today! It was definitely the hardest interview I've ever had to do and I'm pretty sure it went horribly so I'm not expecting the happy call today.
