Stanford or LPCH Shifts

Hi everyone im a prenursing student , currently I havent had a job since February but I really need to start saving up for my move for nursing school and I think I would love to get more experience before I start nursing school . I want to apply to either Stanford healthcare or LPCH as a CNA or a Patient Care Technician. I have had experience only in a nursing home as a CNA. I guess my biggest questions with anyone who has had experience working at either hospitals are

1.) what do the shifts look like here , what time are they

2.) is it possible to be a pct with no prior experience as one

3.) recommended positions
