Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Stanford Nurse Residency, Cohort 41. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!
Applications open up at 12 am tonight! Good luck to all of us!
Hope springs eternal said:I received a panel interview invite for the ED at 10:30 a.m. this morning. It was my first choice. I looked on my candidate portal, and there was no change in my status; it still says In Process, In Review.
Congratulations! I'm super thrilled for you!! Wondering if it gives you an idea how many slots are left?
Best of luck! I'm sure you'll do great!

Yes - they said they are still sending invitations until 6/14. Good luck to us still waiting, incessantly refreshing our emails!

They noted that the panel interview invites are sent out in a "rolling sequence”— meaning they do not send all invitations at once. They may send a cluster of invitations out around the same time, wait for candidates to respond, and then send the next cluster of invites maybe a few days later. I'm not too sure as to how many of the invitations are sent out in the earlier days— like if they send majority of them early OR if they divide up evenly between sequences.
Also, they will post the Interview Webinar Recording on their site by June 10 so you can watch in detail 🙂 that being said, you'll hear this in the recording too but they noted that this cohort they reviewed 1300+ applications, have 180 panel interview slots, and anticipate offering 40 positions.
Hope that was helpful!

Hi guys! Just wanted to say if you haven't scheduled your NCLEX yet, do NOT schedule it on June 18, 19, or 20. Those are the set dates for the panel level interviews and they are non negotiable. The presenter stated that explicitly, and I saw someone in the chat ask what to do if their NCLEX happens to be on the same day as their panel interview— I believe the single panel / department you get invited to interview with will only interview on ONE one of these set days— The presenter said it's up to them but the panel interview date is non negotiable.
