Hello,

I'm a nurse in California just wondering what

kind of staff development programs you have in other countries. I've been working in maternity nursing since 1981 and I recently became a clinical educator & now teach other nurses at my facility. Do you have this type of position within your hospitals? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Terri AV
