Hi everyone!!
I am currently applying to Nursing schools but would love so input on St. Xavier and Resurrection University in Chicago. I am finishing my last class which is Organic Chem. I will be graduating from the city colleges in December of this year and I am scheduled to take the TEAS exam next month. I was wondering if anyone who has ever attended these schools or who will be, have any input? I am an adult student with a family. Resu appealed to me because of their weekend/evening classes but the commute will be terrible (45-1hour) and the cost. St. Xavier's program is during the day and would require me to look for a different job but it's closer (10 minutes) to home and we will be very limited in income since I am the only provider and also the cost. I would also like to know how is the curriculum? Anyone have any input thank you in advance my gpa right now is at a 3.8 science at a 3.6. I have completed Stats, Calculus, Micro, A&P 1and2, 15 hours of general ed's, 12 hours of humanities, sociology and psych lifespan, abnormal psych and speech.

Have you thought of Lewis University? They have an evening program and they are located in the South Suburbs. I recently got accepted to the evening BSN program at Resu. Also, I know the Addison Chamberlain location is starting to do evenings. If you are rocking out on Orgo chem, you will definitely get in to Resurrection. Really its first come first serve, and having all the requirements met for admission. Best of luck to you!
