Guys would really love to hear your thoughts on this one. What do you guys think of their sPecialized dept? ICU/IMC. Any input will be appreciated on training, work environment, pay benefits.

Are you already a Las Vegas resident and are familiar with the basics about these two hospitals? When I finish nursing school, I'd feel real fortunate to work at either. However, I suspect UMC would provide me with a richer learning experience.
Yes I am a Vegas resident. And thank you for your input. I feel both with provide good nursing experience.

Depends on what you're searching for.
UMC will have sicker and more complex patients, and more of a teamwork based environment. Siena has better pay.
