Hi, I'm a pre nursing student and looking to attend ST Paul's school of nursing in Staten Island,ny. I was just wondering if anyone on here has attended the school or knows about it. I have been hearing that they are not accredited because they only have ABHES Accreditation. Upon graduation from the school and passing the NCLEX do you think I would have a problem getting a job from there or even in another state?
I know you guys can't predict hiring chances but in terms of accreditation is that a good School?
Hello Kerry, yes I started the program this January its my first semester after hearing all about the school I decided just to roll with the punches and attend.I have to say it is a decent school but the instructors are clueless and your pretty much teaching your self and they refuse to answer emails, schedule changes randomly very unorganized you'll see.In the aspect of classes my only problem is if you fail 2 nurses courses or bio courses your dismissed from the program so be sure to speak up if your unclear about something because they done care they will fail you. Goodluck any other questions comment below ill be happy to discuss.
