St Joseph's College of Maine online MSN FNP

Hi everyone,

I just got accepted to St Joseph's college of Maine online MSN FNP program. I start next month and was advised to take Leadership NUR 506 first. Is anyone else starting then as well? I currently work full time so was just planning on starting with the one class and seeing how that goes before adding a second.

Anyone in the program currently? Does it take 15 weeks for each class?

Hi KMRN9! I just got accepted to S. Joseph's College FNP program also. I start at the end of October but was advised to start with NURS 501- Nursing Informatics. I was told each course is a self paced course that can can be completed in less than 15 weeks. However each unit must be submitted, graded and returned before you can submit the next unit. Thanks for responding to my post. Not sure why they suggested I start with NUR 506, but I am registered for it and ready to go, just waiting on my book which I just ordered. Hopefully it arrives within the next week or two and then I can start working on some assignments. Good luck with NUR501, maybe I will take that one next.

I am in NC and am looking onto applying to SJCM online....are you in NC and if so how did you verify that they are accepted in the state of NC. I spoke with the admissions advisor and they verified but I also wanted to speak to someone actually living in NC to be sure. Thx!
