Yes the same. I can’t remember if the La one had where you see yourself in 2-5 years but just there’s 4 video questions.

Thank you so much!

What is the On Demand interview? Do you know any of the questions? I haven't received anything.

They send a link to your email for an on demand interview. They basically just ask you a couple questions and you have 45 seconds to think about your answer and one chance to record it. I haven’t done mine yet so I’m not sure which questions they ask.

@Tnk0421 Thanks and good luck!

Hi! Did you get a video interview for the OC locations?? Or the LA ones? I only did the LA one and it was short videos and some typing questions.

The applied for the OC locations with L&D as my first choice and adult critical care as my second. It seems like our interview process was similar-some video recordings and some typing. It said we should be contacted for further interviews before the end of the month, so now we wait! ?

Got an email inviting me to interview over Microsoft Teams next week!

I got my "live" interview invite today! I asked for NICU, L&D or mother baby at Orange!

CONGRATS you guys! For those who have been offered live interviews, when did you submit your on demand interview?
