I have been selected to interview for the new grad RN residency program for St. Joseph hospital in Eureka, CA. I was hoping to get some insight on the interview process, types of questions, or any words of advice to help ease my anxiety.

Also, anyone else interviewing for this program or is currently a part of it? Please share your thoughts and opinions about it.

Hey guys!

I also got a call for an interview at St Josephs. So excited to find this thread. I have been trying to find more info. Where are you guys coming from?

I just got a call for an interview at St Josephs Hospital in Eureka. I am wondering if any of you also got a call and or have any information about the interview process. I am not local to the area so my resources to prepare are limited. All I found is something on google that said it would be a panel style interview with nurse managers from several department.

Thanks for the replies. I am not local to the area. I actually live in the Bay Area, so it's 5 hours away from me. What area are you guys in?

I have no idea what the interview will be like. I just know it will be a panel with managers from various departments. When are you guys interviewing?

I received a call for an interview as well. I've been trying to research, but I'm still pretty stumped on the type of interview questions they'll be asking. Any help would be great.

I heard back via phone today! got an offer for the PCU!!!! So hopeful my ATT comes in time:nailbiting:
