St Francis Nurse Tech Training

Hi, i'm new here.. Im interested about st francis' nurse tech training. I went to their website and it says there that they offer that training 4 times a year. They are going to start a new training on OCT 17th.. Does anyone knows when it's going to happen again after OCT? And also, do trainees get paid while in the training? If yes, how much do they pay? Once the training is done and St Francis decides to hire you, will they increase the rate?

From what I have read you have to be hired and attend new employee orientation and patient care orientation. Applications are accepted 2 months prior to start date. I looked at the calendar on the website and it looks like the class was in Jan, May, July and another one in October. Not sure how much they pay but I hope this helps.
