St. Elizabeths Hospital?

I am in the early stages of job hunting (grad in Dec 09) and it looks like St. E's has a lot of RN positions open. Does anyone have any experience with St. E's or other Caritas facilities?

Caritas is the second largest healthcare system in the Boston area. Times have been tough since they are owned by the Diocese which had to pay millions in the priest scandals. Saint Elizabeth is the flagship of the group.

thanks, do you know if the pay is fair? I think I would do well in a Catholic Hospital, with the structure I imagine they might have

They tend to be at the lower end of the pay. Jobs are very tight is Boston, it is an employer's market I would not pass on an opportunity.
