St. Alexius in Bismarck or Sanford in Fargo?

U.S.A. North Dakota

Which of these two hospitals is the best place for a new grad? Which one is the better hospital? Is Bismarck better than Fargo? Which place is more exciting?

We are trying to make a pro and con list of each hospital to help us in our decision between the two. We are new grads from California who are moving to ND for the first time.

Any help/info would be appreciated!

Both hospitals no longer accept into icu I think. They might make an exception but I think the norm is they don't.

I believe st alexius in bismarck have openings in telemetry which you can do then transfer to icu or ed after one year or so.

Sanford in fargo have openings in their cardiac icu step down unit, neurosurgery/neurology.

Both do still have openings in med surg and I think ob. OR I think they still have for Sanford but not st Alexis.
