I finally have an interview for a L&D position after 3 years of med surg and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience at St Agnes and or if you know their pay scale for experienced nurses?

Their pay is based on years of experience. Are you a new grad? The interview questions are the normal "why do you want to work L&D", "what are your strengths and weakness'" etc. Let me know how it goes!

@skyblue77 How do you like L&D? I just graduated and I'm definitely interested in it since I loved my clinical experience and have an interest in OB in general...
