SSS and TIN Hospital Requirements

I have few questions..

1. Hospitals like Capitol Medical Center and Delos Santos Medical Center requires SSS and TIN for nurse applicants.

Does it mean it's required for ALL Nurse applicants (with or without exp) or just for those who have been prevously employed?

2. Can I get TIN even if I'm not been previously employed?

I hope there's somebody who could help me.. I really have no idea regarding this matter.

for SSS you can already get the SSS number without an employer.. but for BIR, their is a part that should be filled out by the employer..

@Jasper: May I ask, How did you get your TIN?

We you employed before? ...I mean, did you do have some part-time jobs while you were schooling?

Your aim is just to have a TIN number for those who haven't. I got a TIN number indicating I'm self-employed. :)
