Hello everyone. Is anyone applying at Prairie View medical center in Houston ? For spring 2018?

Make sure they have a record of the class you will be taking. I am currently taking a computer class and they told me that they never got that information when I sent them my transcript. So I had to request another transcript to be sent to A&M. Than they noted it in my evaluation.

Did all of you send letters of recommendations from professors and community/volunteer recommendation letters? I only submitted two from my professors and in my evaluation email it says that I am missing a volunteer/personal letter of recommendation. I also took the HESI exam twice and my evaluation says they need my scores from the first exam that I took. I am very confused and worried that this means that I may not be considered for admission although in the pass Ms. Smith said my application was complete. Is anyone else going through something similar?

My friend did get that message about the first hesi not been sent, so she sent them ASAP eventoihh it took Elsevier about 10 business days to sent but it was updated immediately, I dont know if is too late for you to submit since they are reviewing now. About the recommendation letters it did state one professional and one personal. I did send both.. please call the school and ask about these two things . Hopefully it doesn't affect you

@JJfutureRN Thank you! I emailed them back to ask if I could still submit both the letter of recommendations and HESI scores, but I am going to send my HESI scores anyway just to be on the safe side. I spoke to them in person about 2 months ago and they saw both of my recommendation letters and did not say anything then which is why I thought everything was fine!

call the hesi place directly and tell them you need it to be sent ASAP. That's what I did and they received it within fifteen minutes. Here is the number

I had the same problem with my HESI scores and transcript being lost in the mail. I had to request for HESI to resend the transcript and I'm taking the other transcript in today as I had it overnighted and I'm currently waiting for its arrival in a few minutes. The whole application process is messy especially as I kept calling to verify if everything was received and couldn't access panthertracks even after paying for it yet they never have straight answers and seem offended that you're calling to follow up on your application. I would advise that you call the Elsevier and have them send the transcript electronically. It doesn't take 10 days as suggested but few minutes since they already have your previous order and are just doing a resend. Hurry as I was told that consideration process starts Friday for all applicants.

your saying this Friday they start taking a look at all applications , so by now all they have done is make sure all applications are in with the necessary things?

I know the students who actually attended Prairie View already got admission letters. I guess since their deadline passed It is now our turn
