I've decided to make this page for anyone applying for the Spring 2019 ADN program at Lone Star CF/K. I'm so nervous and it's still kinda far away! Good luck!
I'm an alternate for the San Jac ADN program and I applied for Kingwood's LVN program. So, if I am not accepted to either program I will be applying for the Spring with cyfair as my first choice.
Was completing the checklist difficult and timely? I'm unsure if I should start now... I hear the Hep B series takes awhile.

It wasn't difficult or timely at all. I was able to get everything done in one week. Hep B series is about 6 months; but, if your titer shows that you're immune you won't have to do the series.

I got my hep b series off of Rayford at family express clinic. You can do a fast track heb b series and it takes 4 weeks total. I got my heb b series as a child so I didn't even bother to get the titer before I got them again because I'm 30 now...so I figured I might as well just redo them. I have insurance, but that clinic does not take ins....so each shot is $25 (cheap in my opinion) and then you have to pay for the titer after you are finished... and they have the results within 2 days. Idk how long you have to wait after the last shot to have the titer done so if I were you I would start now with the fast track. They just got a new express clinic just like the one off of Rayford right at 59 and the grand parkway! Don't know where you live but I love those fast clinics!
