I am planning to apply for sponsorship program/ scholarship abroad. can anyone tried it? can you please share something about the process? I am a Registered Nurse in the Philippines and I want to continue and take Masters of my degree (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and want to specialized in a specific field. I want to try to continue to study in United States, specifically in California, because my Aunt was there and may be she could help me to make the process faster.
Suggestions are much appreciated. Thank You so Much

Why not ask your Aunt to seek scholarship for you. I mean she's in California right now, and I'm assuming she has a good knowledge of certain colleges/schools that may help you on getting a scholarship.
If you are aiming for MSN, then there's more to be done. First, you should have a US Nursing license to be used for your clinical rotation, then education evaluation as required by the school, English exam, plus US Student Visa requirements.
God Bless!

Also be prepared when going for a MSN. My friend graduated from the Philippines with her BSN many years ago. She wanted to get her MSN here in the US after already working here for many years. When they evaluated her transcripts she had to take an additional 6 classes before she was allowed to apply to the program. Good Luck.
