I have been looking to see if there are any threads about this already so I apologize if this is a double post!
Anyone apply for spring 2012 at St Petersburg College?
Hey there! I am in the same boat with you guys. I applied to PHCC for the Jan session RN. I got an 83 on my teas and a 4.0 on my prereqs. I am freaking out and need that letter as well. I am not sure if that will make the cut, ya know. I actually called PHCC and they told me there were 150 applicants for the Jan 2011 session!
Gatoraims, just out of curiosity, if you have your LPN license why don't you do the lpn-rn bridge?
I did apply for the lpn-rn bridge. I did the LPN route because I had been denied at HCC for the RN program back a few years ago. I figured this route would maybe make it easier to get accepted.
Good luck!
This is what I understand from LPN's or ptec lpn students that I am taking pre reqs with...... The lpn-rn bridge is first come first served if you have an lpn license then you go straight into the program. No competition or anything.
I am going to post this on all three SPC threads......Anyone know if there is any way we can consolidate them?

From what I understood that is how it used to be. The advisor I did talk to said that the transition program allows for easier acceptance. So I guess we will see. I could be wrong in the information I got but I think that they changed the requirements for both RN programs. I hope I am wrong. :)
Maybe a mod could combine them.

Hi jennymarie,
I am with you, I have just started my prerequisites and I am getting mixed messages about the programs and the requirements, from scores on teas to the GPA. Keep your head up.
