SPC Fall 2019

Published

Hey, everyone! I've been looking for a thread about fall applications for SPC Nursing program, but nothing yet! It may be early, since the application period just started on March 1st, but here we go! I applied as soon as it opened , and I'm crossing my fingers until the July 1st. Anyone else applied or planning to do it soon? Let me know your thoughts and plans, we are all together in this one ? .

Btw, they were saying at the seminar that everyone who made it to the alternate list, about 50 ppl usually, most of the time gets accepted! So don’t lose your hope please!

Yay congrats everyone! I got in too! Does anyone know when class/clinicals officially start? Gotta put in my notice for work ?

I’m pretty sure it’s august 19th

It’s August 19th. I’m not sure if we have clinicals right away, or they start 2 weeks later, I think they will explain everything at the orientation

Clinicals won’t start until about the 5th of 6 th weeks you’ll have a series of clinical check offs to get through first. They will also want to make sure that all the necessary paperwork ie shots etc has been competed

Has anyone started completing the Notice of Intent letter? for whatever reason I keep getting an error message. Is anyone having the same issue??

I completed it but I did not get an error you might want to try and call technical support. It’s probably and error on their end.

I completed it, no error. Maybe its their system, I can only imagine how busy it is now, with all of us doing the letters. Definitely call the support if you get it multiple times.

Thanks for the info. It's great we don't have the clinicals right away, does that mean we only go twice a week to HEC for classes? Thanks.
