In Great Barrington, there is Fairview Hospital and two NHs - Fairview Commons and one other, the name of which escapes me.

About 30 minutes north is Pittsfield, where there is an academic center (Berkshire Medical Center) and many more nursing homes.

Great Barrington has Fairview Hospital which is affiliated with Berkshire Health Systems AKA Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA.

It has 3 nursing homes-

Fairview Commons, which is also associated with the long term care aspect of Berkshire Health Systems/Berkshire Medical Center/Fairview Hospital.

Timberlyn Heights Nursing and Alzheimers Center, and

Great Barrington Healthcare, both of which are owned by Kindred Healthcare.

I dont know much about the Great Barrington area, but I think the Springfield area hospitals are pretty close to southwick. There is a number of hospitals in that area; Baystate medical center, Mercy medical center, there is also childrens shriners hospital.
